Welcome back to another episode of the Manly Catholic. This is James, your host, and with me, we're welcoming back a favorite guest of ours. We have Patrick O'Hearn. Patrick, welcome back to the Manly Catholic podcast. Hey James, it's great to be back with you. It's wonderful to have you on. Patrick, you just keep churning out books. Tonight we will be talking about one of my personal favorites of yours. I have a very special devotion, but this is called Angel of God. It's all about your guardian angels. I think this is something I think a lot of Catholics, I mean, I grew up Protestant, so I'm a convert, but just the concept of our guardian angels is something that's still, I think, foreign to a lot of people. So I'm really excited to dive into. the concept of an angels and who they are and especially our guardian angels what they were actually assigned to do the seven tasks that they were assigned to do from God but before we dive into that Patrick I think it's very appropriate that we'll do we'll use one of your prayers that you have in the back of the book to our guardian angels. All right, we'll begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Dear guardian angel, protect me from every sin and bodily danger. Defend me from the devil and every evil spirit. Assist me in times of temptation. Help me to burn with the fire of your love for God. Lead me to paradise. Amen. Name the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Now for those of you who are not familiar with Patrick, Patrick O'Hearn is a devout Catholic husband and father. He is an author, speaker, and content creator. He has authored or co-authored 15 books and counting. He is the director of ministry expansion at stewardship, a mission of faith. The angel of God is his favorite prayer, and he credits his guardian angel to save his life on three separate occasions. So, Patrick, let's just start off with a simple what made you write a book, especially children's book, Tailored Towards Children, about our guardian angels. Yeah, as you mentioned, you know, the angel of God's been my favorite prayer. It's a prayer my mother taught me, and her mother taught her. And so it's just something that I've I grew up saying every night before I went to bed. I say it now every time I'm in the car and it's a prayer that I've passed along to my children. You know, we pray it every night and it's just a a just a simple prayer. I was actually gonna look up who who was who actually is credited with writing the prayer. I should have done that, but I don't even know. It's probably some saint a long time ago. But I just love, you know, the prayer just Angel of God, my guardian dear to whom God's love commits me here ever this day, be at my side. And I think these are To light, to guard, to rule and guide. And that just you know, so I think it's just my way to write this book was to give thanks to God for my guardian angel and to inspire other people to to not forget about their best friend. Amen. Amen. Do you mind sharing? 'Cause it says on three different occasions, do you mind sharing one or two of those stories with our audience? Yeah, there's there's one occasion. You know, when I I lived in Texas for a year. I was about a year old, year and a half, and I escaped from my parents' backyard and I ended up about a block away or so and I was about to go on a busy intersection and my mom's neighbor saw me and br and basically grabbed me and brought me home. And I I really believe that at that moment it was, you know, how did this lady, you know, was she walking about? I I think she was going for a walk and saw me. And it's like I you know, I believe like my guardian angel probably gave her a nudge, you know, the angels communicate and said, Go, you know, go and you know, so I would have been either, you know, potentially killed, run over, and then or secondly kidnapped. And so my parents, my mom felt like, I'm such a bad parent. I mean she locked the gate, but I got out somehow. And then yeah, I've had another instance just running across the street to go see my dad's work. And I just was so excited to go I wanted to go visit my dad and I didn't even look both ways and a car was coming and I, you know, I felt Basically I was left untouched. My parents couldn't believe me, you know, believe it. And so and I did write an article on Catholic Exchange recently. P your any of your listeners want to go check it out, but I I encountered I th I believe my son's guardian angel in in the f in in the flesh. And so I tell I don't want to give away the story, but it's on the Catholic Exchange, so if if anyone wants to read it. All right, I'm gonna look that up. And then I will put a link in the show notes for you guys. did I meet my son's guardian angel? All right, September 16th. All right, I will link in the show notes for everyone as well. So let's so let's dive into this book. So, because I I was learning a lot from it. And that's why I love these children's books, because I'm learning too, Patrick. So, but okay, so let's let's dive into just kind of a general background first before we dive in specifically the guardian angel. So, so what is an angel? And then what are the different Choirs of angels as well, just for our listeners, maybe we have never heard of that concept. Yeah. Yeah. And so an angel's a a spirit, and the word angel means actually a messenger. That's kind of its function, is to be a messenger. And so there's these nine choirs of angels, and the angels obviously were created before man, and and they were each you know, every person is assigned a guardian angel. This is based on scripture and tradition. And so even people that are pagans, they they have a guardian angel. And so there's these nine choirs, and I have it spelled out in the book, but that you know, the seraphim are the closest to God. Then you have the cherubim, the thrones, dominions, virtues, powers, principalities, archangels, and angels. So the angels, the guardian angels, they belong to that last choir. and I was interesting, I was coming across the homily by a priest, Father Alar, he's he not sorry, not Father Alar, sorry, Father Altir from Minnesota, and he was talking that. He said that the the guardian angels choose us. So it's an interesting concept. And he said that he thought that some of them, you know, based on his research, that some of the angels, you know, for instance, like a member of the Dominions could say, you know, I want to be a guardian angel. And so they humbly choose that. Again, I I didn't encounter that in my research. So I I don't I can't I can't verify that. I mean he's a he's a trusted priest on that. But it's it it does make you wonder. just how I often believe the saints choose us that somehow in God's providence, you know, they the guardian angels, you know, they they they obviously they had the will to choose us because they could have rejected that, right? And people will say, so this is brings up another point and it's this is real theological, but if you think about it, like if a third of the angels were swept away, you know, they rejected, you know, p perhaps maybe down the road that there was this guardian angel, there's supposed to be us that rebelled, but then we were assigned a different one. So it's it's a mystery of I will just say this way, how we got our guardian angel, we just know that God loves us so much that He a s assigned one f from up for us and that one follows us, you know, even into purgatory and then and their mission is to get us to heaven. Yeah, I I actually was talking to a mutual friend of ours earlier today about that whole concept of, you know, the the guardian angels. And at one point they had to say yes to being our guardian. You know, and like how how cool of a concept is that is that, you know, they saw all the you know, when God created them, they saw all the, you know, the the timeline of salvation history and their role specifically in that, it's like at one time, you're gonna be the guardian angel for Patrick O'Hearn. And then James Caldwell. So it's like this is someone like you said, like he is our friend. They are our friends. They are best friends because they chose us and they love us and they wanted to get us to heaven. And I guess just just talk about I guess that a little bit of that the intimacy before we get into the seven roles that they were, you know, defined to do, just that intimacy that they actually have and want with us as well. Yeah. Yeah, there was a a Catholic lady. This is a book I I read a f a while back, but She was she was a nurse and there was she had a lot of patients, hospice nurse, and a lot of these people there dying, they would see like the angels in the room. And the one time the hospice nurse goes to the one of the patients, she 'cause the the patient goes, I see your angel. And the hospice nurse goes, What is what does the angel look like? And and this lady and the patient said, It looks just like you. And so I think that that's it's beautiful. that you think about in marriage, a husband and wife, like over time they kind of take on the same mannerisms. They sometimes they even look like each other, like brother and sister. It's kind of crazy. And but I think in the same way, like your guardian angel, there's a lot of I think similarities to, you know, obviously there's superior intellect and superior will, but they they just, you know, they, you know, in God's providence, again they they're spirits, so they don't have a body, but the but I think that there's this There's this c unique connection with us. That was their n their entire mission is to be praising God, worshiping him, but to s to be at our service. And so I think if that doesn't blow you away about God's love, I mean, I don't know what can that he gave you this angel. And what's interesting, each guardian angel is its own species. So they're totally unique and unrepeatable, just like us. So like all the it's it's interesting. Like a whale, the animal creatures, they have one guardian angel, but yet God loves us so much that each particular guardian angel is its own species for us. So it's again just the the radical love of God to to make the angels so unique. You know, the guardian angels just like us. The animals have guardian angels too, Patrick? I don't know if I've They do, yeah. Yeah, there's like I think I think for each type of different saints would talk about that, like like certain Like just like elements, like a p a planet has a a guardian angel, you know, different cities have a guardian angel. Right. Tow a churches have it, but I've heard that there is a a specific angel that protects, you know, like the species of whale or the species of interesting dolphins, you know, but j there's just one for that entire species. But interesting. So yeah. How cool is that? Like you are going to protect the dolphins. All right, I'm in. Anyways, we're getting abstract there. But that that's awesome. I don't think I've heard of that before. I don't know if I I I found that in a book, so I mean if if I'm wrong, someone can correct me, but I think a I'm sure we'll get I'm sure we'll get comments, Patrick, if if you are incorrect on that, but that's okay. If I'm a herit if I'm a heretic, please you can correct me. Call out Patrick O'Hearn on social media. But you know it's interesting, even venerable sister Lucia, she said She she said the stars are like the angels' lampposts. And I thought, can you imagine that? Like and I I love that that analogy. Like when you look up at a star, there's an angel. Now that wouldn't be the guardian angel. So it could, for instance, like the species of whale could be upheld by, you know, for instance, the virtues up watch over the star the s stars in the skies, but it could be a different choir that takes care of the species of whales. I don't know. But but it's just it's just amazing that That God has these angels that are watching over all creation and then they watch over us. Amen. Yeah. I mean, God God has such a good sense of humor, I feel like. So that that would make total sense. Like, yeah, I'm gonna assign to all my creatures a guardian angel, but I love that. Love that. But okay, so guardian angels specifically, let's get back to them. So in the book you talk about up seven special roles of guardian angels. Do you mind if we just kind of briefly run through each seven, then we can dive a little bit Deeper into a couple of them. Yeah. Definitely. Yeah. So do you want do you did you want to go ahead and say I'll Okay. Go ahead. Yeah. So I'll d so the first one is to keep us from danger. You know, and that's you know, actually we show the picture of the angel, the classic angel, you know, behind two children walking over a bridge. And so that's you know obviously when you go in a car do you want me to go in depth about each one or just kinda please? So I just I think that one is important. keep us from danger because you know we even see that in the life of I think it was Saint Peter Saint yeah, when Saint Peter was in prison, right? You know, like so these you know, he was released by an angel. And I think that there's we have a lot of danger around us. Obviously you're going in a car, you go on an airplane. And so you pr you should pray to your guardian angel to keep you from anything, you know, tr tr any tragedy in that regard. And then number two is defend us against temptation. So that's That's really that's important because you d you know, we have they're in this spiritual battle. The demons are tempting us. You know, in this picture here we have a dem a devil and then we have the angel. And you know, the the the angels want to keep us again from choosing the good, to choosing God, to avoiding sin. And so they'll inspire us to like no reject that, you know. number three, inspire holy thoughts and virtues. You know, sometimes you'll get a thought. Maybe out of nowhere you'll drive in and go like hey, you know, maybe I should go stop by and and say a prayer at the church. Or maybe I should go say a prayer for this person. Or maybe like, you know, I just ask God, I'm I'm really struggle maybe in in a virtue or in a certain vice. You know, maybe I need more purity, more humility. And you're like, where did that thought come from? And a lot of times that's from your guardian angel. number four, warn us of danger and correct us. You know, this one is You know, I would say, you know, obviously that warning of danger. We have the sense, maybe there's a person in our life. You did they come to the door and you're like, you just had this weird sense about this person. And you gotta trust that I think your gut in that regard. Like this I had a guy after mass one time came up to me and it was like he wanted to meet somewhere. And it's funny, he he gave me his phone number and then it like it you know, we were gonna go golfing. And I just had this sense about him. I thankfully my phone the phone number never went through, but it was like, you know, I just when you have this weird feeling, and then also to correct us, when we fall into sin, you know, it's like the angel wants us to go to, you know, go to confession, you know, our guardian angel. And that's why in the back of the book, there's a prayer by Father Ambrose about a prayer before confession. You know, so always ask your guardian angel when you you make an examinization. And then number five, offer our prayers to God. Saint Gertrude the Great actually had a vision And when she was at Mass, she saw her guardian angel take her prayers to the Blessed Trinity and God heard them. So, like when you go to Mass, you know, make sure to, yeah, just tell your guardian angel, like these are my intentions, especially, you know, during the offatory, bring those up to to God. and then number six, defend us at the hour of death. You know, the we don't think about that, but that moment is like the devil is gonna all of hell unleashes. And so we should be praying. our guardian angel just to protect me, help me to to persevere. And then number seven is console the souls in purgatory and lead them to heaven. You know, again, St. Margaret Mary, she had a vision where she saw different souls in purgatory, and then their angel was kind of consoling them and giving them, you know, peace. so these are like the seven rules. Obviously, these are this is an exhaustive list. I mean, I'm sure there's other ways the guardian angels but the but their most important duty is To get us to heaven. That's their that's why you know they were created to bring us to heaven and then forever we will be able to adore God next to them, God willing. Gosh, what a what an image of that. That's that's so beautiful. And seven's perfect too, Patrick, because seven is a holy number. So we'll just say seven again. But I I did I did want to ask you too, because these symbols you have in the book. There there is meaning behind each of those two, right? 'Cause like first roll there's a lantern and then a sword dependus. Do you mind explaining that a little bit to our audience too, the seven symbols? Yep. So there's a seven symbol, like the first one is a lantern, and I think that's again this idea of light. And there's often been, you know, guardian angels with I think it was Saint Francis of Rome. She was walking at night and there was a light that would go in front of her as she's walking in the darkness, and it was her guardian angel. And I think that's a beautiful and she's like the I think one of the patrons of automobiles because of that, you know, because of that light. And then the sword, you know, that that's affiliated obviously with you know, obviously s Saint Michael. We see, you know, the sword of Saint Michael. And then the third one is the halo. You know, that's just kind of the symbol again of of light and holiness. You know, the angels are angelic. They're they are before the throne of God. And so they're holy. And then the fourth one is a scroll. And I believe, again, I'm I'm not a scripture scholar, but the scroll, I think they I think they talk about that in I think at the book of Revelation, like the angels open up the scroll. so that's it's affiliated. And then the fifth one is the thurible or the incense. And that's often we see again in Revelation when the angels are offering up the prayers to God. And then the sixth symbol we have is the trumpet. And again, there's I think in scripture talks about, you know, at the end times the the angels will you'll hear the sound of the trumpet, you know, when when the Lord is coming. And then the last one is the wings, you know. Angels I think because of their obviously it's it's interesting, like when angels come on earth, you know, like when people have seen them, there's there's you know, I think sometimes they've sh they've come with wings are really fast. Obviously this ability to be in they could go in one like in be in one place, you know, obviously by locate. They can do all these things, but just their ability to move so quickly th and so the the wings are kind of a symbol of that. Coffee and prayer. It's the perfect blend. And I I wanted to ask too the concept of because I've heard of some people of naming their guardian angel. And I wanted to ask you a little bit about that. I'm sure that's come up in your research too. Some people say like, It's okay, but other people say like absolutely not. Like that's not something unless obviously it's revealed by God. H d wouldn't your research have you come across like either the dangers of trying to do that or is that actually something that's okay? Yeah. Yeah, I I've heard many, I think even an exorcist say you don't want to name your guardian angel. I mean, the only angel names we know are the ones that are in scripture. You know, we see Michael and those are the archangels, Gabriel, Raphael. So we can use those names. But yeah, in terms of your guardian angel, I've heard some people say, What's the first thought that comes to you or ask your angel because you know that name could be like a demonic name, you know, because it and it was interesting. I had a a friend recently, they looked up like they were looking up like guardian angels' names and it took them to this occult website and it was a prayer and I looked at it and it was a it was a prayer to basically a demon through an occult, but it said had used the word like angel and then that had this weird name. And so That's again, I think the temptation is you just don't know. Like, so it's it's better because when you name something, you're giving authority over that angel. And so we don't have we don't have authority over angels. You know, angels, you know, only God has authority over them. You know, we don't have authority over our guardian angels. So when we name them, obviously they listen to our you know, they when we ask them, we say their prayers, but we we we don't have authority over, you know, I would say our guardian angel. So naming them is Would should be a a sign that we shouldn't do that. Yeah, 'cause I heard too, I I think I obviously heard an exorcist talk who was saying that definitely don't do that is because well yeah, like on the occult website, like an angel, but I mean demons are fallen angels, right? So it's almost like you're trying to give back their old their old power, so to speak. But, you know, and then obviously thoughts can be put in that are deceptive. So, you know, I think I think it's definitely, you know, unless God has specifically you know, said. I mean he only revealed three angels' names that we know of, which is obviously Saint Michael, Saint Gabriel, Saint Raphael. So Yeah. It's interesting. Yeah, yeah, my story with my my son in the article with his my s what I believe was my son's guardian angel, I asked the angel's name and that the person was very hesitant to give me the name. And I and I actually I have a really good memory now I don't as much but I forgot the name. I couldn't even remember it. And like in my memory at that time was like one of the best, you know, I could just remember everyone's name and I couldn't remember it. So I I think that there's and there's this lady that lived by us. She was in my old apartment complex and I I had this book on say Michael and she's like, Yeah, I invoke Michael all the time and she's a Reiki healer. And so these people, you know, these people in the occult, like they're invoking these Weird angel names that we gotta anyways just gotta be careful about. But I I cut you off and I'm sorry about you're gonna ask something. Hopefully, you know gosh, what was I gonna ask? naming the angels. no, I think I think I was just gonna ask for for men specifically, as fathers, especially as head of household, you know, you know, using their authority in the proper way. No, can we as as men for husbands and fathers, can we ask for the intercession for our children's guardian angels or for our wives' guardian angels, I guess how how how can we as men, I guess, communicate with other angels? Obviously we can communicate with our own, but can we communicate with other angels if that question makes sense? Yeah. We can. You know, that that was actually the extent of, you know, my my article that I explained in the story is I am actually called upon my son's guardian angel. I I don't know why I I had never done that before, but I knew how powerful he was. And my son was only a a year old, less than a year old at the time, there's a chance that I I could have died in in my story. And so I invoked my guardian angel my son's guardian angel. And then my wife at the exact s around the exact same time, she invoked my unbeknownst to me invoked my son's guardian angel too. And so when I came home I was shocked because I knew I was like, wow, something happened there. And so there's a gr another good book by Sophia Press called Devotion to the Holy Angels by Father Badone. He was someone who influenced St. Louis de Montfort and he said, We should have a great devotion to the to the guardian angels of our family members and friends because they they're all working. It benefits them because if we're holy, then we're helping our children become holier, right? And if our children are holy, it's the same vice versa. So yes, you can definitely ask, you know, your your children's guardian angel. And even, you know, w I I remember emailing I or watching something on Father Rippen Group, but it's like You know, when your children are acting up, I mean, one thing that I've done is I pray to my children's guardian angel to calm that. Like they're having a rough day, their you know, their behavior is out of this place. And I say, Guardian angel, like I asked my guardian angel to intercede and and calm my son's guard, you know, and and that's a way. And another thing that's been really effective, I used to do sidewalk counseling at a in front of abortion clinics when I was right out of college, and I would pray, I'd ask my guardian angel to intercede with those women going in that they would stop at. my call stop at the sidewalk so I could give them a brochure. And nine out of ten times they would stop. And I would just give them the brochure. And and I find that too like when we're when you're going into difficult situations, especially meeting with people, I've had I've had several meetings where it's like, man, I just it it this could blow up. I could lose my job. Things and I just say, guardian angel, like you need to intercede and calm this person's guardian angel because I don't know what's gonna, you know, the reaction I'm gonna get. And it's, you know, thanks be to God, like it's it's done miracles. So I really encourage people to yeah, to ask your guardian angel to intercede, especially when you have, you know, communication with other people you find difficult or children. and and I think they can, you know, they c they can help in ways that we we can't even imagine. Gosh, yeah. And they're way more powerful than we ever could be. But I I know Patrick too, you you mention so we can't Command angels specifically. Like we say, G angel, like guardian angel, go do that. so I guess cause I I remember this story that Jesse was telling me on the podcast, Jesse Romero, and he he was saying he was standing in line at like an airport and there was this guy in front of him. He was like basically looking at soft pornography, basically. Like right in front of him. They were just standing in line. And he said, I didn't say it out loud, but I said in my head, I said, Guardian Angel, like Like basically, what do you say? Like, go talk to that guardian angel to tell him to stop, basically. And he's like, I totally didn't say anything to the guy, but I said in my head. And then the guy like turned around immediately and like looked right at Jesse and he said, Stop doing that. Like, stop praying or something. So I I guess what my question is, we we can't really command them specifically, but I guess if we do, in a sense, as long as it's in will with God, I mean, I guess ultimately it's up to God's divine will versus us saying, Hey, guard guardian, go and do that. Does that make sense? Yeah. It is you know, I think there's a thing about asking God. So you can certainly there's a there's a couple practices. You can send the saints talk about this at nighttime, send your guardian angel. I say, Guardian angel, would you go to the blessed sacrament to adore Jesus for me? And you can you can do that. Now we don't know, obviously in in God's will, like I can't see that happening, but I would think that our father, if you did that, that would be like the greatest thing that you could do. your guardian angel. He's like, Of course, I would love to go. You know, so you do you do have I I don't know, you know, again, I'm not a theologian on these matters. So you know, I I know there's Adam Bly, I think he just wrote a book for Sophia on angels. So he might he's a works with d you know, he works with I'm trying to think of the I I'm I'm by brain I can't even th maybe you'll edit this you'll edit this part out probably. he works with exorcists but But but I saying you can, yeah, you can ask your guardian angel to go and help, like like my wife sent my my son's guardian angel to help me. Now again, that's a mystery of whether that happens or not, but we can ask them. And Padre Pio, he would tell his spiritual children in the United States, send me your guardian angel. And so people would send their guardian angel to Padre Pio, and then he would give the guardian angel a message and it would deliver it back. So we can you know, like you could and I've done that before. I've sent my guardian angel to Padre Pio. for a request and he answered it. And so so we can we can certainly do that. We can send our guardian angel to say, God, you know, Guardian angel, go before our lady and present my petitions, you know, as another intercessor. Just like the saints intercede in heaven, we can ask our guardian angel to do the same thing. Gosh, it almost sounds like Patrick, we just are underutilizing our Guardian angel. We have this tremendous gift from God, this tremendous companion, and we just simply aren't utilizing it enough. Was that fair to say, would you say, especially as Catholics? I agree. I mean, I think about that sometimes you know, when I'm down or I'm lonely, you know, it's like I I feel like, man, I don't have many friends or I think about that and then I'm like my guardian angels like slaps me off the head and be like, Do you realize like I am your best friend? Like what are you thinking? Like I'm you know, I'm I'm I I'm just you know, it's like people have I mean put it the it's not the best analogy, but you know, people have their best friend, like maybe it's their I mean, men, right, were We're known to be associated with our dogs, right? And our dog will just be at our every beck and call. Now a garden angel's like infinitely and I'm I'm not saying a garden angel's a beast or anything, but I'm just saying they're like they wanna do more for us than than we can even imagine. Patrick, you cut off there. I'm still here. Okay, you're still here. Perfect. Yeah, the last little bit cut off. So, all right. So I guess my my question for for the listeners out there, what are some basic things that we can do practically to increase our devotion to our guardian angel for those of us who are our our husbands and followers out there as well? How can we more incorporate this tremendous gift that God has given us into our day-to-day lives? You I would say you know, first of all, praying with your children every night, you know, that that angel of God prayer, or it could be a simple prayer, you know, to the guardian angels. I know Saint Jose Maria Escrive, like his his mom had a great love for the guardian angels and taught him you know prayer. And it's interesting, you know, he founded Opus Day on the feast of the guardian angels. So again, it just can be very simple, simple prayers. I would also say, you know Offer a mass for your guardian angel. Like when you go to mass, I I'm not saying like you have to go spend ten dollars and make a donation, but when you go to a mass, like maybe, you know, a Tuesday is usually associated with the guardian angels. So it's like if you go to Mass on Tuesday or even on a say you don't go on the weekday, but on a Sunday, just say, Lord, I'd like to offer, you know, this Mass and Thanksgiving to my guardian angel for all the blessings that he's given me. and I think obviously when you go anytime you go in the car, you know, I I always recommend saying a prayer to your guardian angel. There was a a religious sister, I heard the story. She prayed to her guardian angel every time she went in the car, and then the one time she forgot, she got in a car accident. And it was interesting. so those are simple ways and you know, and I think obviously the feast of the guardian angels, you know, that that's October second, we just celebrated it. But you know, yeah. But you know, I think our spirituality should be, you know, especially maybe we go to Eucharistic adoration. And to just to have that mindset, like our guardian angel is next to us praying. And then finally, I think in temptation, you know, I I I think it was one of the saints was complaining to God, like he was getting assaulted during the temptation. And he's like, Why didn't you call upon your guardian angel? Like I was right here, you know? And so I I think we just need to have this, you know, Saint Bernard says to to always, you know, keep in mind that your guardian angel Is always present to you. You know, the presence, you know, we have the presence of God, but your guardian angels there. And so, you know, even, you know, I I think when you look at your children or when you go in an airport, it's like, you know, we should see this, even though we don't see with our eyes, but with our spiritual eyes, like there's all these angels here. And you know, to offer a prayer, you know, you know, even some saints, they would kind of go to the extremes. I don't think it's an extreme, but when they would see you, another person. They would also kind of bow their head down to like the guardian angel 'cause they're like they just recognize like, hey, you know, they're there. You know, the angels are there. Yeah, I I love that patch. Yeah, I love that. I think I think just so just being more, you know, just being more aware, like you said. And I think that's something that we have lost as a society, kind of the the sacredness, the holiness of it. And yeah, even just like that simple, you know, bowing to like, your guardian angels here as well. I just think we have that's like such a foreign content to us. And just to like slowly bring that back and then s like you said, just do that that daily prayer and in this book too it has you know like four or five prayers in the back the the litany of the guardian angels that you guys you know wrote down as well so there's just so so much rich tradition as well and I I just can't encourage you guys enough to to take advantage of it. The church church has given us this this tremendous gift. Definitely and I think the sacraments too it's like you I I've been trying to bring the guardian angels like you my guardian angel when I before I go to confession. Or, you know, before I receive the Eucharist, like, you know, give me, you know, the Guardian angels are so pure. And I know in our world it's it's it's a it's one of the most difficult vi virtues to cultivate is purity because we're bombarded with all these images and you know, just the way people dress, and it's like, you know, like guardian angel, help me to be pure like you, you know. so I think they can also that's one of their greatest things to help us grow in in this virtue of purity. Because, you know, blessed are the pure of heart, they shall see God, they see the face of God. So They want us to acquire, I think purity, you know, is one of the the greatest virtues. Amen. Now, Patrick, before I let you go, lady last minute thoughts, where we can find the book. Again, this is Angel of God, and then we'll we'll give you the final word.
